This is essential for the mapping so that the products can be delivered to the correct location by the distributor of the product for that pin code area.

One’s Need assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect User’s equipment on account of User’s access to, use of, or browsing the Website/ Mobile Application or the downloading of any material, data, text, images, video content, or audio content from the Website/ Mobile Application. If a User is dissatisfied with the Website/ Mobile Application, User’s sole remedy is to discontinue using the Website/ Mobile Application.

The User after registration will issue an E- Wallet Account in which they have to add Money or recharge through online payment methods like Credit card/Debit Card or Net Banking.
The user will get Cash back as per the company policy and the same will be disclosed to the user by any medium. Company is not held responsible if the user will not get any communication in regards to this.
It is the user discretion whether they want to use the services it or not.
The Cash back can be redeemed by the following rules applicable on all the users who entitled for Cash back
1) 100% Cashback has to be given on the first recharge of wallet (applicable to Old and new customer) and there is no limit on first recharge amount
2) The cash back can be used in the orders once the recharge amount is completely consumed
3) At once 20% of total value of the order or 20% cash back amount whichever is less can be used against order as cash back discount.
4) The user gets the cash back by using any code. (The code is at the discretion of the company and can be changed at any point of time without any prior information)
5) There has to be a date validity of the cash back code which is used in cash back recharge.
6) Expire Date of Cash back : 90 Days from the date of first recharge (The validity is at company discretion and can increased and decreased without giving prior information.
The refund or withdrawal of money from E-Wallet is prohibited. Any of the outstanding credit in Wallet Account must be utilized only for purchase of our products. The Wallet money can not be transferred.
The One’s Need can share or disclose the Non-Identifiable information to its partners, distributors, suppliers or any service provider. We can share the information which is non personal to the third-party service provider used for the tracking and analyzing the usage and for the enhancement of its quality.

Force Majeure. One’s Needwill not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.
Cessation of Operation. We may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website/ Mobile Application and distribution of the Products.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and One’s Need and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein.
Complaints: If any user have a complaint about the privacy of your personal information, we request that you contact us in writing. Upon receipt of a complaint we will consider the details and attempt to resolve it in accordance with our complaints handling procedures.
